Dr. Visone utilizes Network Spinal Analysis in his chiropractic practice. 'Network' integrates various chiropractic techniques and provides an efficient and dependable system for locating the dominant and associated stress patterns present at any moment in the individual.

INTEGRATED BODYWORK SEMINAR

Fri, Sat, Sun

April 20-22

10am-6pm

This 24-hour intensive course is designed to provide an accurate assessment of a person from a holistic perspective.  It involves a working knowledge of the philosophy and various techniques utilized by healing systems including reflexology and meridian work, energy channel and field work, and an array of massage systems from Vedic and lymphatic (flowing) to shiatsu and associated pressure point and reflex work.

The seminar is divided into three sections.  Through discussion and a review of several published articles we will establish the role of the facilitator in the first section.  We explore the philosophical foundation of the healing consciousness, which considers each person's innate tendency to heal.

In the second section, we examine and compare principles and charts from various sources to establish the common ground on which they may be integrated.  We can visualize how the central nervous system, energy channels, meridians, pressure and vector points overlap the physiology in such a fashion as to holographically connect all parts of the body and create discernible patterns.  Identifying these patterns enables us to more effectively determine which areas require attention and which areas we need to avoid.  Rather than randomly or mechanically applying force, we can accurately assess the person's level of receptivity, providing a reliable indicator as to what the most effective approach would be.

The third section of the course is a hands-on workshop.  The attendees will learn how to use various parameters such as Derefield leg checks, muscle tone and texture, posture  and electromagnetic field resonance to determine the most appropriate facilitative approach.

By the end of the seminar, the participants will have a new or revitalized holistic understanding of facilitation and the healing process, and tools for assessment that will substantially increase their confidence and the effectiveness of their work.

Part 1
The Holistic Perspective
  • Role of the Facilitator and of the Therapist
  • The Stress Response and Nervous System
  • Healing vs. Curing
  • Quantum Field Theory & Holographics
  • Holistic Principles

Part 2
Physiological Facts and Factors
  • Respiratory and Somato-psychic waves
  • Chakras and the Aura
  • Meric system
  • Zones and Meridians
  • Trigger points, Spinal Torquing & S.O.T.
  • Posture and Dominant Pathological Patterns
  • Facilitator / Facilitatee
  • Critical Tension
  • Facilitated Focus
  • Set Postures
  • Chiropractic Leg Checks
  • Determining Priority
  • Significance of Medial and Lateral channels

Part 3
Guidelines for Effective Facilitation
  • Review
  • Hands-on Workshop
  • Key Parameters
  • Muscle Tone and Texture
  • Electromagnetic Field Resonance
  • Accessing the Central Nervous System
  • The Essence of Intuition and
  • The Art of Integration
  • Body Positioning and Attenuation

The Goal is to create the greatest amount of change while applying the least amount of force and time.

A conceptual understanding of neurology and physiology, biomechanics, the fundamentals of energy and bodywork, and the use of Chiropractic leg checks allows the facilitator to establish an intuitive flow and to dramatically enhance the healing process.
